By using quantsystems.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. These terms are between you and QuantSystemsAI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
What this site is
This is a marketing and informational website. It describes our services and provides a way to contact us. Submitting a form does not create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either side. We may or may not follow up at our discretion.
Our services
QuantSystemsAI builds custom AI systems, automation infrastructure, and operational tooling for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate engagement agreements — not on this website. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of results.
Internal systems
The systems described on our Work page (SCORE, SentinelPrime, ASRA) are internal tools we operate. They are not available for purchase, licensing, or direct use. We reference them to demonstrate our engineering capabilities. Any trading results, performance data, or system metrics shown are historical, from our own operations, and do not guarantee future performance.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, images, screenshots, and code — is owned by QuantSystemsAI LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. Our system names (SCORE, SentinelPrime, ASRA) are proprietary.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or availability. QuantSystemsAI LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to $100.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or trading advice. Our internal trading systems are described for informational purposes only. Past performance does not indicate future results. Trading involves risk of loss. If you need financial advice, consult a licensed professional.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We can update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
