Who we are

QuantSystemsAI LLC is a Delaware-registered company that builds custom AI infrastructure for businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at quantsystems.ai.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us directly through our forms:

• Contact form: name, email, subject, message
• Audit request form: name, email, company, problem description, tools in use, organization size

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking tools on this site. We do not collect data passively.

How we use your information

Form submissions are sent to our business email so we can respond to your inquiry or schedule an audit. We use your information only to communicate with you about the request you submitted. We do not add you to marketing lists, sell your data, or share it with third parties.

Data storage

Form submissions are delivered via email and stored within our Google Workspace account. We do not maintain a separate database of form submissions. Email infrastructure is provided by Google and subject to Google Workspace terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted by emailing us. We will remove it within 30 days. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, correction, and portability — email us and we'll handle it.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party infrastructure for hosting and email delivery. These providers may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of normal operation. We do not control or access these logs.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. For material changes, we'll note it clearly on the site.
